Dont tell them what you have did. Just bring in to SC, hit the table, talk loudly and blame the phone spoilt suddenly. Sure they will do it free for you

I think they dont care about receipt. The IMEI number will tell whether is under warranty. When I reported mine to them (with IMEI), they just came and collect without receipt.

HTC ONE is the most classic phone. I like it very much! Just the camera got defect. Make sure you do above check before take it.

I bought mine 3-4 months ago. Never hang, never give problem, never lag. Just got defect on camera (purple tint). Now sent to KL for replacement.

I am in Penang. So have to ask the courier collect from me. If you are in kl, send to them directly better.

I just check note 3. Still don't have good feature of text wrap. This feature only found in htc. That's the reason I stick with htc.

When you open the Internet web page and read, for example this forum, try to make it bigger. The text on the right will not be truncated but wrapped to below line. That s mean you don't need to scroll left or right to read article. So far, I only found this in htc. You just need to scroll up and down. I like this feature very much since I owned htc sensation.

I read xda htc one forum. One folk said the firmware will make the screen dark and will not be able to capture object in the dark. So it make the phone not efficient to take photo in the dark. Hiding the problem. That could be true.

Yeah go there and talk to engineer directly. Tell them your expectation. I feel very uncomfortable because cannot do inspection to make sure everything is good before collect back

No choice. If I know sis Penang was closed up, I will not buy htc one. Serious. You cannot chase and you cannot see. Just all rely on trust. I am so worry have to courier second time.

What you mean June? You bought one already? Don't understand your question.

I am sorry. I don't mean that. I said those get camera replaced with August and September are ok. But doesn't mean other month no good. Some people's are lucky enough to get April batch without problem. So your June batch could be good if doesn't give you problem. Don't think too much.

I heard within 14 days, they will replace one to one for you. Make a deal with seller first. I check my box. No serial or imei stick outside unless you open it.

What is your serial number?

My is HTC353... and the cinesensor dated Apr 2013.

If you get higher number on serial number, means newer.

Where are you stay? If you are in KL, I will rather advice you stress test kao kao and ask them replace the camera module if it is defect.

Sometimes phone heat cannot be controlled. The software may cause is very hot too. So within warranty period, ask them replace for you. After warranty then you found this problem, then lagi jialat.

Those not stay in KL like me, think twice about stress test. Just my personal opinion.
