Please check if they give you the camera module with famous pink hue / tinge / spot / haze problem like mine.

I called HTC and they asked me send back to them second time. I didnt allow them to do so because I will need to wait for another 3 to 4 weeks again! I would like to wait for 4.3 update see if it solve this problem or not.

Not sure how they do the QC test.

change the USB cable and see if it is working. clean the micro USB socket of the phone.

Right. Could be mainboard problem too. My friend get her Note2 main board replaced in order to fix the charging problem.

Something Wrong.. Try factory reset and see.

Send to SC directly and ask them to loan you one.

It still the best phone except the camera you have to be very careful. The phone is very smooth and I have no problem even never encounter any single hang or abnormal problem.

You have to make sure you get the latest batch of phone. September onwards.

And also must test properly on the camera during the low light. The camera problem happens to me is

1) Purple tint - Fixed after replace by SC
2) Pink spot - pending to send back.


Please deal with the seller who willing to exchange 1 to 1 with you in case you hit any problem on camera.

Your phone has no pink spot problem. right?

I just cannot take it because this was very famous issue in SGS2. How come it happens to current advanced phone HTC One? Really cannot accept.

Then did you ask about pink spot problem? Did they aware of that? The pink spot is very old defect problem in galaxy s2. I can't believe it happens to my phone after they replace my camera module to fix purple tint issue.

The UPS guy come to me and collected my phone. Bye bye htc one. I will have to wait for at least next three weeks. Hopefully this time they don't introduce new problem such as blue tint or yellow spot to me anymore.

The ups guy told me kena scolded because htc took three to four weeks to fix customer phone. Innocent ups guy.
