I usually fold the box flat. Discard the bottom part, and fold the top part flat and I put it inside the plastic file icon_idea.gif

I put the manual also with inside the plastic file. Then I put small sticker tag with the gundam name so I can easily search it later nod.gif

I usually do something extra, scanning them at high-res and attach them at the AB3 biggrin.gif

Anyone have a weird side hobby of collecting gundam boxes?
*
I do! But only boxes of gundam that I bought and owned. Arrange nicely at a wall-mounted cupboard, as a proof of what I've been through. Plus, I put date of purchase on every Gundam boxes. smile.gif smile.gif

I always keep my boxes just in case in need to pack em up. Or when I got bored and decided to sell them off (Zakus are to be kept though).

Lately after all these years, gotten tired with some kits being exclusives and not getting my hands on them, which shifted my attention to something else (3a mostly tongue.gif)

That, and I have been gettting lazier to assemble nowadays.

Hi guys, new here. I've just started collecting gundams, and I just want to ask a few questions. sweat.gif

What's the difference in details between MG and MB? Are they roughly the same?

I've got this fettish for detailed gundam models, but PGs are too big to collect a lot, might get a few but not much, so I guess it's either MG or MB for me. But I must say MB looks far more impressive then MG, but the variation is lesser too, you don't get much choice. I was hoping for more, but now I've only got MB Destiny on pre-order and MB 00 Raiser shipping to me.

Any chance Bandai will expand their MB series? Cause I just want to choose between MG and MB, and stick to it all the way. Thanks. smile.gif

Metal Build are not model kits, they're 1/100 scale action figures with metal in them(and also cost 200 dollars). Don't rely on Metal Build to replace Master Grade.

Hmmm, but that doesn't reply my question. Which one is more detailed? wink.gif

I'm planning to collect MBs, and build up a few PGs.

Metal Build has more detail, but the significantly increased price isn't worth it.

Also MB is available in limited quantity unlike gunpla, so if you want MB you need to be quick.

yes the box art is really nice, what I did was cut down the front page, then throw the rest.

But I must admit that I love to see all the boxes piles up sweat.gif
