when cancelling card (VOX) do UOB contact u? i already asked for cancellation last week but till now no one call me back. when i ask CC center they told me its already cancel. so safe to assume the card is already cancel?

maybe we can just assume they won't call.
if you read below comment posted yesterday, she also faced the same issue like yours = 2 weeks and yet nobody calls.

Received a call just from UOB for credit shield thingy!

i used to sign up when the person called me few years ago.
but when i received the policy, i cancelled it straight away (within 14 days as per t&c) as i found that i don't need it actually.

Card came but name embossed on the card is not complete.

I advice you to get black n white. For your info, I get sms and letter.

Applied for One card in late Nov. Got a letter mid-Dec asking for most recent payslip. Sent to them and no news of any kind until ordinary mail with card arrived in the 2nd week of February.

I waited for 2+ weeks only their bank rang me up. I only got the card after 3 weeks + .

I'm a new applicant so the bank rang my boss up about my details, meaning it was approved on the day they called my boss.

How I know? I called up yday to confirm approval of the card and they said it has been sent out on normal post. Normal post actually not very slow. I used to received my documents within 4 days of sending out. If you waited 3 weeks ++, it means ur card has been sleeping for 2 weeks plus.

monday card arrived, monday the agent called me but too bad have to request replacement card cos the name "tergantung" half way.....

I am not sure about this cause my case was approached by UOB staffs who came out to look for extra business during year end.Maybe the staff planned to do some quota planning during last December, it could be a reason my card was processed later.

how to get B&W? the branch will just taichi this to CC center
