frustrated with UOB

applied for VOX card during christmas. till now unable to get the card

called them last week to check on the card delivery status but was informed the card already sent to my office but no one in my office got it. ask them to resend again, this time to their branch and i will go self collect but till now still the card still did not arrive at the branch

anyone faced similar issue with UOB? feel like cancelling this card and boycott UOB forever. last time One Card also gave me a lot of problems

Now im confused regarding VOX card on the annual/monthly fees

this is what i've been told

Agent : NO Annual Fees. Just RM6 monthly fees which will be automatically waived if i use it at least once per month

UOB Branch : There is annual fees on top of the RM6 monthly fees

CC Center : There's no annual fees

same bank, different department, different answer?? which is the truth?

thanks for the confirmation. i was looking at this https://www1.uob.com.my/assets/pdf/tnc/ccTN...d_Cash_Back.pdf and couldnt find anything to show that for Vox card annual fees has been changed to monthly fees

already call to cancel.. but since there's no annual fees (only monthly), might rethink to use it

when cancelling card (VOX) do UOB contact u? i already asked for cancellation last week but till now no one call me back. when i ask CC center they told me its already cancel. so safe to assume the card is already cancel?

how to get B&W? the branch will just taichi this to CC center

some of you might remember my previous post where i want to cancel the UOB VOX card. i had called the bank to cancel it almost 4 weeks ago. till now no one contact me back and each time i call to UOB CC center, i got different response on the card status (pending for cancellation, already cancelled)

this simple issues has been dragging for too long. any idea what is my next step? im planning to complain to BNM if UOB still did not get back to me by this week
