I'm a new applicant so the bank rang my boss up about my details, meaning it was approved on the day they called my boss.

How I know? I called up yday to confirm approval of the card and they said it has been sent out on normal post. Normal post actually not very slow. I used to received my documents within 4 days of sending out. If you waited 3 weeks ++, it means ur card has been sleeping for 2 weeks plus.

monday card arrived, monday the agent called me but too bad have to request replacement card cos the name "tergantung" half way..... 

My name.. Cos my name is considered quite long for a Chinese.. Normal Chinese name only Surname + given name but mine is diff.. English Name + Surname + Given Name..

Instead of putting my name exact like my one card, they didn't.. CXXXXX CXXX WXX TXXX (my full name) but too long so it's being shorten to "CXXXXX CXXX W T" on all my CC's...

But my lady's card they embossed "CXXXXX CXXX WXX" only.. Which is tergantung half way, it's so ugly..

nope... i think its petrol cash back for all petrol transaction.. last month i pump from petronas, shell, petron but not bhp... and i didn't get full 5% rebate for my Mar. petrol cash back

Haha I already said i'm the last collected the rebate. A partial of my last transaction got rebate. But I wonder if anyone else get partial rebate for their last transaction. Care to share here? If yes, then we can complain because it's IMPOSSIBLE 2 person get partial rebate. My last transaction is 15th Mar 2014

i doubt that... based on their tnc pdf.. it sounds like its for all... not just bhp
