YAY. Called to ask to waive GST, cakap takde, then i proceed to want to cancel the card. Then they say can give cash back RM50x2 (for my vox and one card) for the GST if i do 3 transaction in 30 days. Hehehe.

During peak times, ie working hours TAC delay is common. Off peak hours like late night and morning is not a problem. I dont think its a telco issue, server problem more likely.

AF should be charge since my card of anniversary on May of month, but then I’m waiting since May until now the AF charge is still has yet to be appear on my account. 

Should I call CS asking about AF or wait until appear on my statement??

uob one card charged me RM168 for Annual Fee & RM50 for GST

called to request waiver but they said unable to waive.

should i call again and ask for waiver?
let say, if i say want to cancel the card, how likely they would retain me by offering the waiver?

I wont use my smart cash for the GST. I rather use up the Smart Cash 2 months before, then 1 month before due,  call to cancel. Direct waiver.

hi all. new to this uob one card. can i know when the uob will deduct 5 % cash rebates on petrol? I check my statement no rebate anything one? n when is last date that i need to pay for the month balance?to avoid any interest charge. thanks you.

Same here. Was charged with rm69 annual fees. Thy refused to waive it even though I have called them up twice. Then I told them to cancel off my card on the 2nd time calling. Now waiting for the management team to confirm on my termination in 7 working days.

I actually have a monthly installment going on for this card. Anyone knows what would happen to the installment once I terminate the card? UOB will request for me to pay in one lump sum I suppose? I don't mind actually but just wondering if this installment might cause any problem in the termination of the cc.
