basically, smart$ is a cash system while uniringgit is a point system. smart$ can be redeemed as cash at the participating merchants, while uniringgit can be redeemed for items.

just threaten to cancel and they will beg you to stay. if they don't, surely many other banks is waiting to welcome you at the door.

yeah, you are right. please try to cancel and wait for their retention team to contact you back with some great offer. i did that earlier this year and got my annual fee waived, gst absorbed, and 12 months balance transfer at 0% up to 80% of credit limit.
