There's no auto waiver for Citibank (at least for this card). You have to call in to request for waiver.

Any sign up promotion for this card except the RM50 cash back stated in their website? anybody sign up for this card recently and get free gift or promo?
I am going to apply this card as a substitute of the OCBC Titanium card..

You can try to apply at 1u shopping centre, they have UOB temp booth and free gift if you are location in pj here

I use my UOB VOX card to shop on china online website www.taobao.com and pay through their online payment system www.alipay.com, and i got 5% cash rebate. this is the best card so far for online shopping.

their online transaction criteria is less restrictive but UOB exchange rate is rather high. overall not much gain after deducting the forex difference

yes, you are right. uob exchange rate is high compared to other banks.

if i use UOB Vox online pay Unifi bill can entitle 5% rebate?

Planning to switch from ocbc titanium to uob one platinum which almost have the same feature, any better recommendation if I just use credit card for petrol more. ..

For telco bills, in order to be eligible for the rebate, the payment must be made from UOB Internet banking or what? Over the counter payment eligible?

i saw from website the UOB 1 card groceries cash rebates is 2%, but I didnt see NSK name stated. May I know is NSK fall under this groceris category? Please help as I always visit NSK. Used to swipe NSK with OCBC tit and get 5% cash rebates.

What and where is NSK? I believe you better ask CS for clarification.

NSK trading center.. never heard? there is 1 in kuchai lama, is a big supermakert, open 24 hours for shopping especially on the fresh food. Even midnight still many ppl buying fresh vege, fish, chicken, pork. I not yet apply this UOB card, will be applying within this month. After got the card, only call and ask CS

I'm using UOB One Platinum. Find out their service abit lousy. I had swipe 6 times within 2 months, but until now after 6 months still not yet get the RM50 cash back even already call them twice to take note this.

Once I sign up the online banking for my CC, it automatically cancel my hardcopy monthly statement. During i talk to their customer service through phone, they not even inform me about this at all.

Furthermore, first time swipe only get the sms report. Following times no more sms report.

Does anyone face the same issue like me?

so far they are still able to.solve my problems on the phone. they will always request you to write in if you want to change something.

for the RM50, call them everyday until you get it or just cc an email to Bank Negara

most probably they will update it into your next upcoming statement.

you can opt for hardcopy monthly statement again.

yes, i remember mine only the first swipe has the sms report.
