Revision to Priority Pass access for UOB

Effective 1st April 2014
Privilage Banking Visa Infinite: Twelve (12) complimentary entries per year
Visa Infinite: Four (4) complimentary entries per year

uob revised so many t&c for their cc starting 2014...

but don't have guy's card.

that's the speciality of it

basically UOB One Card Vs Citibank Cash Back are the same.

but citibank got RM195 annual fees

didn't managed to get waiver or cash rebate for gst.

anyone managed to do so for one card platinum?

can't be it, so far only 1 person in this forum claim to get the 10% cash rebate campaign. Come2 anyone else?

yesterday i called uob to ask about smart rebate, because some shops are listed in the smart rebate redemption place, but the shop itself not aware of such offer.

the CS said that we can pay first with the card, and call back CS to ask them to manually rebate it.

yes, some workers/staffs of certain shops were not aware about the smart$. however, you will earn the smart$ automatically when they swipe your uob cc in their uob terminal, unless they have another cc terminal and they swipe wrongly to it. if this were the case, calling uob cs will not be able to manually rebate it too.

Checked my latest statement, get to know that one of the petrol spend was not get 5% rebate...

Petrol pump on 27/2 (transaction date), but the posting date is 1/3

just got my one card plat. replacing my ocbc card

i have one end month petrol transaction not receiving the 5% too, although it has been posted in the same statement. i think uob allocation for petrol finished before the end of the month.

Ya, I have one petrol spend on 20th Feb, and it is still entitled for cash back, so I assume that last week of the month may be finished the cash back.

but at least still receive the smart$ 5% because i think there is no allocation the smart$.

ya earn for smart cash only, if the day flow on weekends or can wait until weekends, then use Amex instead...

That's why I printed out the Smart$ merchant list and memorise all from Penang. This way, impossible to go wrong. Sometimes, we also may not notice they are the merchant. So I memorise all, then only know which is which.

i got UOB sms saying that can get Powerbank worth RM139 if i spend RM500. But there is not much info on the powerbank like brand, mAh and sorts

ANyone have info on it?

if not mistaken is the non-branded 2800mah. i seen that when they offer those for new applicants to sign up their cc. so i assume they are giving it now to those who spend rm500.

2800mAh need RM139? i could get Yoobao 13000mAh at that price (RM139)
