ASB is the only fund from ASNB that provides additional bonuses to their investors. That has raised quite a number of speculation with regards to the capability and sustainability of ASB. Is it even possible for any fund to provide returns even in the harshest of economy situation?

some others bank look the Asb loan as a commitment, so it will difficult when to apply another loan such home loan,etc in future.

ASD which cater for bumi, launched more than 10 years already, fund size still < RM5 bil.

If ASB2 no loan support to invest, I think it will take long time to get full.

today went to MBB to collect pelajar mas money for my son. As usual i bring some money just try  top up  ASM/AS1M/ASW.

must be the lucky timing when trying to top up my ASW 2020. surprised she told me got Rm1000 all in 1 shot. I quickly told her try another RM2000, again got it. Then 1 emty all my wallet try the remainder RM900, alas no more she said......

nowadays whenever i am at the bank doing anything must surely bring some extra money try top up....who knows may be lucky like today! Last week i got RM300 also for ASM.

Went to ASNB to try my luck for the 3rd time. NO SUCCESS again!

This time, I was asked to fill in the form to buy so that they can check whether there is any available, like what they asked at non ASNB banks.

So, common checking procedures in ASNB and non ASNB banks.

About to give up. 4th time lucky? Hope so. Ha.

Tried AS1M, ASM and ASW2020.

Last one belongs to my wife and yes they said I can't update that one.

Wonder why now that they will only update when the passbook original owner is there. Any good reason? Or is it one of our stxxxx M'sia Boleh invention?

Thanks. Still not sure how PDP gets into this passbook updating thing. They don't want others to know what is the latest amount?

For a start, they should not disclose the first 6 digits of IC number. But they still do when announcing winners in competition etc. Isn't one's name and the last 4 digits be sufficient? What is the probability of 2 persons having the same name and also the same last 4 digits? Sorry for going off the topic.
