If not mistaken, they gave "one off" Bonus to ASW2020 & ASM sometime back If they extend to others, Everyone would be
ASN, ASN2, ASN3, ASG, ASB, ASW2020, ASM, ASD, AS1M, AMANAH SAHAM NASIONAL BERHAD V4

QUOTE(wil-i-am @ Oct 10 2013, 10:29 PM) Really? I tot PNB gave the money, not from the Funds retained earnings. When announce bonus for asw2020, all the newspaper praising PNB saying they use their earnings to pay it, "social obligation" crap thing. Now only I know they cheat me |

QUOTE(yklooi @ Oct 11 2013, 11:24 AM) found this site...seems like related to what you sifus are discussing... Thanks for sharing the site. ASB is the only fund from ASNB that provides additional bonuses to their investors. That has raised quite a number of speculation with regards to the capability and sustainability of ASB. Is it even possible for any fund to provide returns even in the harshest of economy situation? http://invest-made-easy.blogspot.com/2013/...g-loans-to.html The website got a lot of useful information & can clear some of the doubt |

The recently issues about ASB bonus thing got me thinking. Just imagine if there's no asw, asm & as1m scheme from PNB. What would happen? Invest in UT? Bonds? FD? Bursa? others?

![]() Receiving a ratio of less than 40% means that the potential borrower has an acceptable level of debt. |

QUOTE(cheahcw2003 @ Oct 20 2013, 11:34 PM) yeah.....half of the ASD size... Need to also see if the fund fixed price or not. The last time I heard, they are finding the best combination for the fund. They're having big headache on this ASD which cater for bumi, launched more than 10 years already, fund size still < RM5 bil. If ASB2 no loan support to invest, I think it will take long time to get full. |

QUOTE(plumberly @ Oct 23 2013, 03:26 PM) Went to ASNB to try my luck for the 3rd time. NO SUCCESS again! which fund you try? This time, I was asked to fill in the form to buy so that they can check whether there is any available, like what they asked at non ASNB banks. So, common checking procedures in ASNB and non ASNB banks. About to give up. 4th time lucky? Hope so. Ha. nowadays the procedures are almost the same one. even updating the passbook, only the owner can update not anyone else ( need some crap letter with certified copy of unit-holders IC). Top-up also like that one. they would ask if the passbook is yours or other people |

QUOTE(plumberly @ Oct 23 2013, 04:25 PM) Tried AS1M, ASM and ASW2020. woh, all the passbook you bring Last one belongs to my wife and yes they said I can't update that one. Wonder why now that they will only update when the passbook original owner is there. Any good reason? Or is it one of our stxxxx M'sia Boleh invention? Cheerio. it's got to do with personal data protection act 2010 |

QUOTE(plumberly @ Oct 23 2013, 04:53 PM) Thanks. Still not sure how PDP gets into this passbook updating thing. They don't want others to know what is the latest amount? maybe or because nowadays got a lot of husband-wife dispute over money matters For a start, they should not disclose the first 6 digits of IC number. But they still do when announcing winners in competition etc. Isn't one's name and the last 4 digits be sufficient? What is the probability of 2 persons having the same name and also the same last 4 digits? Sorry for going off the topic. Cheerio. but I see in ad only the last 4digits & name are publish. which competition publish full IC number with name? |
