One thing I hate most when there's old uncle / auntie before my turn for top-up ASx. Why? because they would bring a lot of passbook (diff ASx scheme) & try2 until the staff very angry & no mood. When my turn comes, there's no units or the staff no mood to check or "layan" me. True Story yo

Non-bumi only withdraws when there's very2 important needs only, not for fun or enjoyment / entertainment purpose. Some people I know not even "touch" their ASx money for years, only adding & collecting dividend. True Story

It's because your face so familiar to them. They "fed-up" seeing you always asking for Amanah Saham & they're lazy to check for you. Some even give stupid reason like "we cannot try more than 2 times, if don't follow we get memo from HQ/PNB office"

So I advice you use other people (family members) to try. Another way go different branch or Agent.

I think in upcoming Budget 2014, gomen would announce something. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe sukuk simpanan, new UT fund or just ASB 2 additional details
