equipments have their equipment levels and item levels (ilvl).
example: a green lance is lv.15, have ilvl.17 <-- means that it's comparable to a level 17 with ilvl 17 equip, but you can use it at level 15 does this make sense? I don't know how to describe better lol

for item quality, the general idea is that for the same level equipment, white < pink < green < blue < purple (for HQ crafted equipments, I don't know where to put them )

to determine whether it's a better equip, the item level is more important, the higher the better

Before I read your comment, I opened the launcher, it patched no more than 1 minute @ 2.40pm-ish. Don't think they finalized the patch yet.

Yup confirmed 1GB. Sorry, I didn't bother to login at first. It seems that the download will trigger only after being logged in.

uh i just played the game this morning before the maintenance came. so im pretty sure im up to date
