Have you tried Digi? They may have ports.

Yes ... they say they are unable to register my acc due no port .. From what i know Digi is also riding on TM Fibre infra.

I believe Maxis, Celcom & Digi are riding on TM infra.

any unifi representative here?

how to apply a new infrastructure/port for a private property/land that does not have fiber coverage?

and how much does it cost?
and
how long the installation of new infra/port to finish?

tired of using slow mobile internet , my private land/property does not have coverage for fiber or any nearest fiber pole point , so planning on applying new fiber infra into my private land/property
i mean i would like to pay the construction cost instead of que in waiting list .

Unifi Home fibre Request: No port available(Port Full)

Street: Jalan Akasia 4, Bandar Baru Bukit Mentok
Area: Chukai
City: Kemaman
State: Terengganu
Postcode: 24000

This house have been subscribed to streamyx for more than 15 years. Some of my neighbours around already have fibre internet connection but somehow my this house got overlooked.
Everytime I lodge a complaint/request repair, we have always have asked for better internet upgrade options and they always say they putting on us on the waiting list with no timeline given.
Just have to wait. Well we have been waiting for 5 fucking years. Nothings changed.

Currently we subscribed to Streamyx 8Mbs/unifi Lite Migration (Bundle) which is fucking unbearable. Average download/upload speed is 5Mbps and 0.3Mbps. I couldnt download anything above
5MB through browsers because the internet always cut off for few seconds during downloads. Have to use external client for a simple file downloads. Hell, even pushing codes to github can be failed
because internet kept cutting off. Playing online games pretty much impossible because how inconsistent the ping is.

I do not know how to resolve this anymore. Went to tm twice in 2 weeks, there were no solution or good answer given by the staff. Im sick of waiting and currently looking for another solution from
different providers but i doubt it can solve it because it uses tm infra. If any of you can advise me pls do. Im frustrated and out of my wits.

Apply for other providers like astro/maxis/celcom/digi. Sometimes, the port allocation goes to them first even if it's on the same infra. My relative house apply for astro broadband (maxis) which sits on tm infra is much faster to install then tm (no port available issue).

may I suggest you file a complaint with SKMM? it always work out for me whenever I got problem with streamyx.
Early January my service got worse with more than 30 times dc per day for like 2 weeks, open report with tm 3 times and issue not resolved + tm technician said nothing is wrong. Filed a complaint with SKMM, issues resolved within a week doh.gif
Just take/provide proof as much as you can and submit to SKMM.

Finally after 11 years of waiting, I've got unifi 30mbps today. I've got streamyx 8mbps before this is but speed is maxed at 4mbps only. Can't even use unifi air because wireless connection here is worse, 1-2bar 115-120dbm. Turns out lately few of my neighbors have been bugging tm for unifi installation and finally they caved in and pull the cable here last week. Only our family have been keep bugging tm all this time for 11 years, the neighbors were happy with 8mbps. Only pdpr made them realize 8mbps isn't enough. Smh
