It is impossible to link Asia PSN with EU version of the game, you will need to link a EU PSN to EU Version of the game, and US PSN with US version of the game.

EU PSN if you bought the EU version

Not really, what i know is that unless that 18 digit code is a Early Access Code, the 20 digit code i know is only can be entered tomorrow.

I know it sounds harsh but I think racist is the last word they'd think of when creating the game. This is simply because there are broader audience in those territories and it's gonna cost them a lot to set up dedicated servers in all countries.

If you're getting the US version of the game, then register under US's SE website, if not just EU will do. I put United States as my country and later on Malaysia during post-registration; no problems so far

If it's credit/debit card then yes, they auto-renewal

oh guess have to stick with crysta/ game cards then... if you don't renew it nothing happens to your account right? it's just that you can't play no?
