better replaced the wardrobes with a new decent quality one to avoid termites infestation, take a closer look to discover tiny termites crawling around... ....after so many years some developer still using these dirty tactics to persuade innocent buyers...

This is really very unfortunate to all of us. Can we make a report to defect team so that they can change a new one. Now i’m Out of my mind. Just found out thing that really important that our entrance did not have guard house and lift entrance guard on patrol as well. Did our security so linear?

New developments these days are just developers pushing the last projects out to buyers who still think they're getting a good deal.

Next 5 years, prices are going to go downhill and developers know it. So maximum cost cutting and then ciao...wait for next property upturn, buyers of new developments in 2016 and 2017 are the biggest losers.

-Imaging u forget to take access card, haha. Dunno find who
-no hang out area, study room for residence, no chair at all
- no main lobby, no waiting area
- no piping area to wash car
- no temporary parking place or visitor park?

I think the main things is to solve the parking system problem first. As the entrance is at u turn, and need to reverse to adjust position to scan card. It might cause accident.

A gentle reminder to those haven't check defect. Nothing was done after report for defect , even after 3 weeks. For those who want to move in fast. Better hurry up

How come so lousy one? During bought that time said different story. But defect is 2 years warranty right. They can’t ignore us if something wrong with our unit and all the while we r not there.

Just call the management team at 01160902385 and someone pick up not belong to management team and said maybe and anything refer to house rule. Management office did apply for the line but not ready yet. Really can’t imagine like nobody is working and control over there.

Yes 2 yrs warranty, but we prefer to settle everythings before move in ma. Else will be troublesome lo, after we moved in still want to solve defect problem....

seems like developer had more love for TM1 (showcase for tm2 buyers) sigh..

It is 2 year warranty but better settle everything before start renovation. Once you done renovation, if found defect again, developer will try their best to argue it's your fault, blame your contractor damaged it during renovation. It's a waste of time to argue with them.

Wonder if TM1 also the same for above not so good criteria?

TM1:

- hang out area = yes (indoor + outdoor), with marbel seats
- study room = no (only small conference room in management office)
- main lobby with waiting area = yes with marbel seats
- car wash zone = no (car wash service available at residents parking)
- visitor parking = no
- aircond function room for dinner = yes (rental payable)
- Yoga room = yes (with full height mirror wall
- 24hrs guard house = Two, one with aircond and cctv monitoring, another outdoor.

Was told TM1 construction having less disturbing from neighbourhood, and authority. Whereas TM2 having great challenges as construction site very close to adjacent landed neighbourhood. Many restriction during construction where no night work, weekend and public holiday. Their complaint also attract to DBKL to stop work and had delayed the Constitution. As u know if rushing surely workmanship turn bad.
