To create healthy and cleanliness, I suggest to wear swimsuit if someone of management can make sure everybody play around even at swimming pool. If not later like outdoor pool make no different at all

Hi there,yes I went to collect the keys and inspected the houseon behalf of my brother. Workmanship is really bad!! Check the tiles, some are cracked and most with scratches. Window frames dented, water leaking patches on the wall in the living room(suspect water leaking from bathroom), wardrobe broken, kitchen cabinet chipped, cement patches on the windows. Just to list a few here. So guys when u inspect your unit please inspect thoroughly. The parking is another headache. Two parking spaces on different floor 😞

The design of the parking system is a failure. The path is narrow. The distance to scan the parking card is too far away.(might need to reverse to adjust the position to scan the card). If we follow the path from the instruction , it might take 5 mins to reach ground floor , If u are allocated with the parking lot at the highest floor. Other than that , I also notice that there is a front and rear so called two parking lots. I suspect this is the so called two parking lots for those units with two parking lots. Which mean , u might need to move your car to let your housemate car to go out. ... Correct me if I am wrong

some said they chose the wrong main con for the project and the main con chose the wrong subcon that's caused all the delay and workmanship issue. TM1 main con better.

Some said the tandem parking lots is common for bigger unit here, one for weekend sportcar another one for daily car , The path is narrow to prevent double-parking issue. The 5min-to-reach ground floor is to allow engine to properly warm up in low speed on the way to ground level exit. The scanner is farther than normal to allow the security camera to have a better view of driver face.

Oh, my unit have lesser defect than u mentioned. The most I not satisfy is the wardrobe quality is so cheap. Totally not matched our unit even they said ‘given free or included in the unit’ doesn’t mean they can use the lowest quality. Even I buy it at any furniture shop also better than built it.

The unit you viewed is Block A or B? Corner Unit?
