Mr teaong can i get the keys if i dont pay TNB bulk meter deposit n water bulk meter deposit. i pay assessment (November 17- December17) , isurance premium n quit rent.

Anyone here take a loan from OCBC? Any ways to speed up/push the bank to release money so we owners can take the keys ASAP? Coz I called developer, even after paying the maintenance fee/tnb etc etc we still need to wait for the bank to release money before we can collect the key.

1. TNB bulk meter deposit (for common areas)
2. Water bulk meter deposit (for common areas) 3. Assessment (Nov 2017 to Dec 2017) 4. Insurance premium for common areas (Nov 2017 to Nov 2018) 5. Quit Rent (Nov 2017 to Dec 2017) pay the above amunt n settle the 20% balance (bank loan) then arrange appointment to collect keys hahahaaa |
