pricing is not that bad considering the norm nowadays is about RM600psf

land area for Parklane is big... And many blocks for Parklane.. My estimation 500m is from the main road of Jalan Puchong...

Welcome to the messed up jam on Jln Puchong & OKR. Jz hope the shortcut near the Awan Besar LRT that leads back down to KESAS will improve traffic flow. Also, more ppl use the LRT services, especially the extended line once it's completd

Starting from 550psf is certainly expensive, given the facilities and the class of the development. I rather settle for Residence 8 which is quieter (off the main road), much more exclusive with better facilities, very close to completion and of course, cheaper (subsale asking for below RM500psf).Dual key concept too, means possibility of renting out part of it (more choice). Just my 6 cents.

Got some info frm SA: 550 psf starting frm 800sqft 400+ total units scaled down to 200+ as d other block will b used 4other purpose (hotel?) There will b shopping place below just like Scott & Pearl Point. Interested can get d SA number frm me. Not sure if I can post here. Adioss

If it's true then the remaining wil definitely benefited fr it. Low density now. But not sure 550psf is final or not? Heard got partially furnished some more..

I was wondering whether we get the info from the same SA or not. Btw, wanna ask that does the type of supermart like Mydin impact on the demand if compare to Tesco, Aeon, etc...? Is good impact or bad impact?
