Value very good for TM1 now, 550psf..many people looking 700sf+ Type, prefer newly completed with 400k budget, this is the best choice along whole old Klang road
[/quote] Congrate to TM1 owner...I think people prefer smaller unit now so pay less maintenance fee & yet enjoy the same facility...  TM2 easily start from RM600/sf or RM500k, wonder how far can this baby go...  |

Yesterday I already received letter from developer to ask for another 5% payment from bank as sewerage system already done.
