A bit unrelated but i'm thinking of renting a place at TM1... any idea what things are like with regard to smells etc from the sewage pond near Angkasapuri?

dear TM1 owners.
what do u think of having to turn in from the opposite side of the road into your condo? from my limited observation, it looks like its hard to turn in when there's a lot of cars. same applies to my observation with sutera Maya. |

There was a petition to sbkl to install traffic light in may last year by TM1 residents but duno whats the outcome

pass by recently and surprise to see some of the landed house along jalan puchong had been demolished. |

Yup saw beside TM1 oled demolish. Good to hav develpment to giv a new look to puchong and bring up the value of TM1&2.

completion date is 36 months from SPA signed. If follow my SPA date, next year month of may need to complete, now I doubt they can complete on time though. .
