I didn't even submit the loan application hahaha.. Coz thinking to let go.. N the other thing that I'm afraid is very hard to find tenant as there are parkland and tiara1 r just few steps away..

Parklane is diferent standard(mainly target on low to low medium)...TM2 is 5 stars standard ...looking at medium to higher income expertrade/family at lower density living style.

imagine after so many months developer tells you the % is only 1% complete, surely you will jump right?

but the parklane population will make the already jam OKR to a even more jam (perhaps can be described as freeze that time) road to travel, though i understand its hard to find somewhere not jam in KL, and the entrance is quite difficult too, try to imagine, lets say they succeed in asking a traffic light in front of the entrance, and there are 5 cars getting into TM2, those cars will just stick in the middle of the road if they are to line up and enter TM2

Understood your concern...it looks like parklane will getting CF very soon & lets see the changes they will made to OKR...hopefully if the jam is so bad authority should do something by the time MT2 complete the jam is better(positive thinking )

When I check with them, they also said applied pending approval. But this traffic light is sharing between TM1 & 2, puzzled how it work as both exit needs to be side by side in order to share one traffic light...

I guess it will be infront of the linear park, cause it is in between TM1 and TM2

Btw, do you think they can manage to attract any supermarket operator to this TM2? Pearl Suria has managed to get Jaya Grocer..
