total units in tower B = 200

LESS
left over units = 29
&
units blocked/reserved for bumi purchasers = 60
(comprise of 3 columns x 20 units per column,
specifically west/riverville facing columns XX-12-B1, XX-13-B2 & XX-13A-B3)

hence, take up rate = 111/200 or 55.50%
