I m just wondering why most condo smaller units only come with one free carpark n got approved by the relevant authority...they expect small unit only meant for one person to stay? most having 2 bedrooms no? some condo dun even offer additional parking lot for sale..

Tm1: rm512 psf for TM1 (Today we have 2 units already sold value 722sf-RM370k) TM2: RM 623 psf (Around 582K for 933sqf top floor )
Wau, TM2 looks expensive

total units in tower B = 200 LESS left over units = 29 & units blocked/reserved for bumi purchasers = 60 (comprise of 3 columns x 20 units per column, specifically west/riverville facing columns XX-12-B1, XX-13-B2 & XX-13A-B3) hence, take up rate = 111/200 or 55.50%
