the JPJ stationed there genting should inspect them lah.. that's the best solution
*
can, but what can JPJ do? call the passengers out, and tell them the bus cannot pakai?

the thing is not about inspecting by the JPJ, but i think at this point in time, the only enforcement is fine. and you know la malaysian dont pay fine use the bus.

i dont think JPJ has any grounds to confiscate vehicles of blacklist, no-rdtax, no license people coz if they did. hell a lot of malaysians will kena

When they say compulsory inspect. Then got bus company complain, expensive, time consuming, inconvenient , not enough buses, then request for fare hike.
Then consumer complain fare hike unfair, Jpj not doing their job la, why so less bus on the road, wait bus time long.

At the end , due to complaint lodge. Nothing happens.

Yup, call passenger out and send another bus to pick the passenger.

I don't know how far their rights on this. Perhaps let JPJ take action on this.

Question!

Why public transport / lori / ktm / mrt / lrt no need to wear seat belt? This might save them from impact if accident.

I REALLY like ur suggestions on this, seat belts.. no one stand and everyone must be seated with seat belts.

If seat belts implement, means fare also increase.

i doubt they can do much

personally if you ask me the best way to go about it is implement the singapore standard, where once your vehicle reaches 10 years it gets scrapped

The rescue teams were informed that 49 tickets were sold for the accident bus, but later found out that there are 53 people at the scene.

Ya, some of the bus provide seat belt but not compulsory to wear it.

Taxi also, always from KLIA to KL. those taxi drive like F1. When i wear seat belt, the driver said 'tak payah pakai kot' tak saman punya!'
I said wtf man, i wear it for safety, not to avoid saman.
