I got it now, need to press the tv volume - from tv,not from remote ctrl
But sadly, it show me below, now I can argue with them!thanks a lot ! Thanks all! this morning i called the boss and talk to him and finally get the new set as replacement...no defect detected so far, and the usage hours just few minutes and count=2, I just feel happy about this ...nice TV
