Why would people recommend something that's not good in this thread? But I think, it's depend on their personal taste. Just like different people prefer different switch.

i personally haven't tried thick pbt yet...one of my friend just got his poker 2 yesterday...will go find him one day to try out the poison lol

but why i prefer PBT over ABS anytime is due to the fact that PBT is supposedly have way higher durability compared to ABS. it's always a turn offs to see my spacebar having shining effect of the left side (i use left thumb for my spacebar)

when you own countless keyboards and GB caps, it doesn't matter if it is ABS or PBT anymore

Its the same batch as shine 2, no comment on shine 3 since nv even see that yet.

If its just for collection and not daily use, I dont really mind ABS or PBT, but still preferable PBT in long run and daily use keyboard.

Oh, those novelty or special keycaps are normally R4 height (except you join special group buy in geekhack), which only suitable to be used on f-keys and numbers rows.

Btw, if you feel those keycaps are expensive, get it yourself from taobao, it is much cheaper there (around rm3 each key)...

A hell lot of options, but locally I think only 2 or 3. One is stock pbt on ducky g series, poker2 and kbt ONI. 2nd and 3rd are the kbc/keycool pbt that heavyarm selling.

If our of Malaysia, you choice most probably either taobao or GH.
