there's another developer, Sxntrax city offered 8-tier b4 in a condo in puchong, ended up like shxx

to cost RM500psft for this development, i could only say they are quite daring.

even though they say they will be couch bus in the future, still doubt how efficient will it be !

this adenland developer is new and this is their first project, so i'm thinking about the risk.

i think this is very far from venice hill la.

it is more on the bukit segar side where infront of these row of flat got one site with steel hoarding & got many lorry in and out.

even if very far from venice hill ( if i am right). I still very worry on the landslide.

From the photo at first page it should be very close to master skill college. Is more towards to Venice hill, not segar.

I just visited the place, opposite masterskill college. It's near venice hills, the same hill. Just about 1 km away. There's an apartment there called Casa Suria, one of the block looks abandoned.

For own stay should be ok, if no water leaking problem from the hill like venice and don't mind the old looking venice hill apartments and abandoned casa suria. Glomac is also there, but didn't take a good look at it because not very compelling anyway.

feeling not promising on price appreciation in future.
