Talked to the SA today at the fair...they just requested me to register....saying they also dont know the final pricing and package available....indicatively would be RM4xxpsf. hmm.gif

cannot come out a little bit creative name ah..benchmark from singapore la...name it as forest view, sanctuary view, palm east, the vision....

well, this is not "behind" youcity, is very far deep inside. just like you built something on kuchai lama and claim that is behind old klang road.

surrounding by those area are kampung baru styles houses, and low mid cost houses area.
very close to the OMG venice hill.
the access is narrow, jam, congested, many motor bikes. about 3-4 km away from the future MRT station.

and no, this isnt a good place for investment IMO.

exactly, and the road is even worse than that from OKR to Kuchai Lama. If compared both, road to Kuchai Lama is already 10times better. All this is dev strategy ...

total 224 unit over 23stry

@@ i was told 600psf before 7% discount
= 685k at least
= 600k nett cost ?

surrounding low cost neighbourhood totaly make this development seems awkward, MRT driving distance only

imo, buy only if wan stay... invest need hold long long > 5yr

Ya, excactly the same feel when I saw Paragon 3 last time. HUGE and impressive.... (not its façade..)
then only read its flyer n knew tat marketing by the same KNOX and Exclusive SA by WCT..
but the P3 snp signing ald delay > 6 months... hmm.gif

From all the facts mentioned above, then the Cxxxx Tree at Damai perdana is stil a better choice I think..
of coz, dif location ald..
but im comparing them cos both located at high hill and I hv book the ct, must study good good...
