if you not familiar with that area, try to go and have a look.
i pretty sure that when you are about 2,3 km before reaching the site, you will start have feeling that not to proceed with this...

been told price is b 450-500 psf, scalemodel look nice, i feel interested on this project, but i need to the project site to check the location first...since many ppl say the location is sux

the private coach service is kinda unique though....

- free coach service is just meh to me, it will be just a van supplied by developer but driver 12hour standby? or reservation?

nearing venice hill, they need more gimmicks to attract buyers ... just go drive around venice hill to understand the location.

why so surprise about the 7 tier securities?
there is no definition about tier, you can name it with anything you want.

600 psf is indeed expensive judging from the location in the map. ahdar, for that price, why not consider Youcity which is situated in a better location right in front of MRT. No need to wait for shuttle service.

Btw, can anybody enlighten me about Venice Hill. Sorry not familiar with this area...

Batu 9 Cheras balai polis road to Hulu Langat about 3 km turn left.......huhu.........really Kampung area they..... For own stay ok lah....But for Investment have others better choise...

I was quoting the price mentioned by cloner which is before disc. Even if its rm450 still not attractive iMO
