Another unit sold in the lelong market. 1500sqft at 400k. Low floor unit.
S&P price for this unit at 600k++. Immediate loss of at least 200k++.

Another lelong unit sold yesterday.
But do not wait for price to drop till rock bottom.
Will end up fighting and higher than last month reserve price.
Last month can win unchallenged at 398k. Today end up fighting and sold at 434k.
36k wasted via fighting.
