R2...there's a surau yes, but personally I don't feel affected by the loudspeaker. It's like the occasional "surat khabar lama" announcement.Setiawalk Puchong V3

QUOTE(laikt2010 @ Dec 23 2013, 11:16 AM) I'll hear it during weekends at home when I usually open up the balcony door and windows. Usual days after work, I don't hear any azan from the surau with my windows and doors closed, even if I do hear something it's negligible and not disturbing. |

QUOTE(airline @ Dec 25 2013, 11:02 AM) I went out from Setiawalk around 10.30pm....expecting to see long queue of cars heading towards Sunway. Surprisingly Sunway direction is free flowing, LDP is jam packed with cars making U-turn towards Puchong at Puchong Jaya interchange and also from Sunway towards Puchong. |

Is A&P purely by the SP Setia Marketing team or is it under the Setiawalk JMB? I think the new JMB lineup should have many fresh ideas on how to promote Setiawalk to the public.

QUOTE(Givenz @ Jan 15 2014, 04:33 PM) I just move in a month ago and till now, no proper fiber internet is avaialable. Really turn off by this. Owners, tennents of setiawalk, can you advice me what internet provider did you just took? Since unify and maxis is not available here. How can a prominent place like this doesn't have any fiber internet? Real failure of sp setia to have not plan this properly. You can apply for Maxis Fixed Home Internet, I'm using the 4mbps package for RM108/mth, you can opt for the highest 8mbps package @RM128/month. Got to apply from Maxis TTDI main centre, you can try Sunway Pyramid though.Another major turn off is the noise and sound of pubs and nighclubs. 3 days ago they were having some sort of rave party until 3 am on a Monday. (Although the next day was a holiday, but kids really need to sleep) Shouldn't there be any contol on what are the operating hours of these pubs and nightclubs? There pros of these place is, management has really kept the place well maintained. |

QUOTE(cwk3191 @ Jan 21 2014, 01:12 PM) Just demolish the back and utilise the back side car park area and lakeside area to built restaurant, cafe, pubs and many many more innovative lepak spot. Rather now like abundant site. True. If only they could do something to the lake and utilize it as lakefront boulevard or something, the potential will be big. |

QUOTE(laikt2010 @ Jan 26 2014, 07:37 PM) That's our concerns, SPS hasn't been fulfilling facilities they have promised on their brochure earlier... Owners should stay united to fight for their rights and do not tolerate the unfairness... Just curious, what facilities they have promised which are unfulfilled? |

Reading all these posts on the noise pollution makes me feel really sorry for you guys, considering that we live in the same development, but I don't face any of the problem, simply because I'm facing Taman Wawasan and not the other direction. The new JMB is already in the midst of agreeing with an amicable solution with TBF, I hope, so please give them some time.
