No direct link from Setiawalk bridge, but fully covered walkway from Setiawalk till station entrance, albeit longer distance (additional 100m+ walking distance)

Is the hotel block renovation still going on? Seems like very slow. Saw that a few other retail lots are under renovation now.

Well, you can't stop people from coming right? After all, it's a commercial place. I do see cleaners cleaning the common areas though, so as long as they do their job it is not an issue. But yes, management should do something about those cars parked by the roadside.

It's really crazy in Setiawalk since the Pokémon craze started!

What is the price now vs purchase price? Are you saying you can still buy SW at 320psf now? Price drop from how much to what value?

Yeah, MRT Line 1 don't have direct interchange with LRT SP Line. The most straightforward interchange would be at Plaza Rakyat where you can connect to Merdeka station via a link way. However, it will have an interchange with MRT Line 2 at Sg. Besi, which is just one or two station away from Bandar Malaysia station and hence HSR.
