The savings that the seller would get from "bypassing" the agent could be passed on to the buyer. In the US, up to 30% of all transactions are direct; in fact "FSBO" (For Sale by Owner) is an industry term. I personally would rather go through a reputable agency though. In some industries (i.e. second hand cars) FSBO seems to be an attractive model. But not property - at least here in Malaysia.

Wow again SP Setia comes to the rescue. Previous years LDP connecting to Bandar Kinrara was extended by Island & Penisular. I wander whether IOI got built any new road to ease jam?

Durng the weekend and the usual morning rush hours, It is more congested at Lebuh Puteri's flyover (to LDP) than Sunway toll

High traffic at SW during weekend. Now cars have to drives all the way to the back before can enter car parks. (looks better flow to me)
