i am sure if coverage damn bad or downtime...can report to CFG/SKMM or worse Tribunal for compensation.

Hefty compensation will never happen unless you choose to delay payment.

lets say for this YES, no contract.

No plans to offer FIZ 2mbps in urban areas for RM100-RM120 range?

Also please cut the 24months contract to 1/2 for fairer practice.
1 year contract is already enough.

YES equipment is cheap skate not worth to be tied to 24months full commitment.

not only that if YTL Comm restructure their base station. users are going to cry foul over their contracts.

in layman premise owner forces YTL Comm to decomission the base station on their rooftop that all year providing coverage to nearby residence users. this had happened at wangsa maju setapak.

Line is stable but they are not honest about the Quota.

They claimed that I used up 2GB within 1 day when I only used the line to view two Ip Camera 4 times on that day for about 3 mins on each viewing!!!
