alrighty...i know my sleeping time is messed up...
i woke at 7pm...930pm went to gym...about 2pm went to sleep...
i cant sleep before 2pm...i feel kinda tired waking up at 7pm,but feel ok after few hours, not sure cuz of my messy time or what, cuz all my friends sleep for 5hours each day too, they don't feel tired waking up at all...

so only 5hours of sleep is it bad for bodybuilding?by the way i got all my energy to lift since i din't do anything before workout,i'm ok with the tiredness, just i don't wan't it to ruined my gain...

you can keep doing what you're doing. once your nervous system is properly trained on heavy movements and you know how to push yourself harder, your body will let you know your sleep schedule is messing with your workout.

you'll feel like crap when pushing out the last few reps and maybe sprain a wrist or two.

Hey guys, since we're on the topic of sleeping. Are there any differences between getting 8 hours of sleep from 11pm-7am, and 3am-11am in relation to bodybuilding?

I break my PR on my good/deep sleep days. I fail even my normal working weight on my shitty sleep days. Fatigue is a big issue and I learn this the hard way.

timing don't matter. as long as you able get yourself deep sleep 7~8hours. then it is good enough. you wan 8am ~ 4pm also can.

If your daily schedule permits, you should strive to sleep latest by about 10.45 - 11 p.m., for approximately 8 hours, which would then allow you to wake up at about 6.45 - 7 a.m. in conjunction with the sunrise and outdoor noise. Of course, the earlier you go to sleep the better, at about 10.30 p.m.

This is the healthiest way forward. If you're interested in fixing your lifestyle for the better, which would certainly improve health and decrease risk factors of diseases and cancer, then continue posting here and I'll try to recommend some routine and supplements to get you started. Otherwise...... Hope you ain't one of those posters here that always complain and worry without taking any action wink.gif

yup...i'm trying that right now...i realize my biological clock sleeping time is about 2pm(as i feel tired around 1pm)...but right now i can't sleep, but slightly tired,my mind keep thinking too much garbage...read some article, might try that too...
i'm trying to fix it from 2pm sleep to maybe 4-5am 1st,wake at 3-5pm,it's better for my workout time, cuz i have to wait my friend finish his work at 10pm...actually i do have some other problem too, like aircon/fan is too loud, curtain kinda useless, cuz my room still bright as hell, but i was used to it already last time,i guess i will try fix those problem 1st...it will be great if you can recommend some routine and supp smile.gif haha! you're right, the reason we sign up in forum was helping each other right? hehe...
by the way,i have no choice to take sleeping pill just now,cuz i have to wake later at 9pm sad.gif gotta sacrifice something for gain right xDD hope this few tough weeks can make a better future...hehe...alright....i'm gonna head back to bed already...
thank you very much smile.gif
