alrighty...i know my sleeping time is messed up...
i woke at 7pm...930pm went to gym...about 2pm went to sleep...
i cant sleep before 2pm...i feel kinda tired waking up at 7pm,but feel ok after few hours, not sure cuz of my messy time or what, cuz all my friends sleep for 5hours each day too, they don't feel tired waking up at all...

so only 5hours of sleep is it bad for bodybuilding?by the way i got all my energy to lift since i din't do anything before workout,i'm ok with the tiredness, just i don't wan't it to ruined my gain...

Hey guys, since we're on the topic of sleeping. Are there any differences between getting 8 hours of sleep from 11pm-7am, and 3am-11am in relation to bodybuilding?

timing don't matter. as long as you able get yourself deep sleep 7~8hours. then it is good enough. you wan 8am ~ 4pm also can.
