If your daily schedule permits, you should strive to sleep latest by about 10.45 - 11 p.m., for approximately 8 hours, which would then allow you to wake up at about 6.45 - 7 a.m. in conjunction with the sunrise and outdoor noise. Of course, the earlier you go to sleep the better, at about 10.30 p.m.
This is the healthiest way forward. If you're interested in fixing your lifestyle for the better, which would certainly improve health and decrease risk factors of diseases and cancer, then continue posting here and I'll try to recommend some routine and supplements to get you started. Otherwise...... Hope you ain't one of those posters here that always complain and worry without taking any action |
