Hi any owners here with 3 rooms intend to rent your unit? I have a few groups of tenant looking. They are all UM student. Only 3 person will occupy your unit.

Most of then dont require carpark but they need full furnish as they foreigners mostly.

Another lelong unit sold just now.
Size 1242sqft.
Single bidder won unchallenged at 612,400.

Good catch?
Maybe need cash buy as developer bankrupt already. Not sure about liquidator status.

Reason for cash buy mainly to fasten the processing given auction only have 90 - 120 days to complete, bidder can refinance the property albeit limited choice of financiers

Attracted 11 bidders. All cash buyers I guess.

From 466K, sold at 549K.
Last month price was 519K only but everyone sleeping. Decide to wait and fight. As usual.

Why so many auctions? This is still considered a pretty prime spot. Were these already dead on arrival or it was not sustainable after VP? Details that are important to work out.

2 on coming lelong units seems high compared to others sold, maybe need to wait another 2 rounds?

I think this project was stop construction for some year already, those lelong unit is due to owner cannot sustain with late vp and pandamic. i think there are more unit holding by bank and not release one together.
