Be very interesting to see how a project like this with so much stigma would be priced in an open market.

A design that is 10 years old, a cash strapped developer and a very unfortunate period should be a lesson to companies looking to “diversify into property” away from their core business.

Why so many auctions? This is still considered a pretty prime spot. Were these already dead on arrival or it was not sustainable after VP? Details that are important to work out.

Yea I don’t know many people who would pay interest for 8 years. Makes sense if they abandoned it. Another thing to look out for with over ambitious developers.
