K900 does not have any OIS built in.
The big aperture f/1.8 does helps a bit.

Sometimes I experience that.. But I think I found something..

When the phone goes to sleep mode, it doesn't mean that it is locked. I saw that there is an option when setting pattern at lock screen where you can select to lock immediately after sleep or a certain period after sleep.

I am planning on an upgrade so I have a few questions to you guys using k900:

1. How is the call quality after all the updates and patches?

2. With moderate use of the phone in calls, whatsapp, and browsing, how long will the battery last?

3. How is the web browsing speed? I dont mind lag, but I hate pages loading slowly although this could be due to celcom on my lumia 800.

4. Any incompatibility issues since it is using Atom instead of those ARM processors?

THanks.

Hi guys,

Thinking of getting a new phone, my budget not very high, just a few questions on this phone.

1) How's the performance for daily task?? (Web, Messaging Apps, Listen Music, Most of the usual stuff except heavy graphics gaming0) (I'm not so into gaming with smartphones) Is the Intel dual-core realiable on smart phones??

2) Does benchmark performance reflect well on real-life usage? I just found this link. Link

3) I heard there's overheating issue on lenovo forums, only the top part heated up?? Anyone experienced this before? Any workaround?

4) 16 GB hard disk space enough or not?? No SD Card seems a big disadvantages to me. Anyone experience using cloud instead??

1) I think more than enough for daily task. If stuttering occurs too many while using stock launcher, u can opt for nova or go launcher (or any other).

2) yes and no. Well actually ur link cannot be taken seriously anymore, because after antutu updated, the new score for Lenovo k900 is around 20k++ only.

3) I experienced a lot of overheating especially when playing games, on the back part of the phone. well u can wear back case so that ur hands wont get burned lol

4) this depends on individual, but for me its more than enough. Put ur big files (movies etc etc) in a thumb drive for example and use cable usb on the go. The 16gb, u reserve that for apps and important things only

Thanks for the reply.

2) Didn't know antutu updated aledi, but 20k++ is still very good rite if compared all the other flagships out there, can give me link for the latest ranking??

3) If there's overheating, is it due to processor or bcoz aluminium conducts heat better?? If bcoz of aluminium then nothing to worry about. If due to processor then processor not so suitable??
