Notice there's a stretch of road of Malay hawkers there even at night. Wouldn't it cause problem to the residence there at night like cooking smell, noise or even the hygiene around the residential area? Or would they move away?

Positive way to look at it laugh.gif
Well, if there's cooking smoke coming in through the window that wouldn't be very pleasant or someone has to do more housework for sure sweat.gif

I prefer none of them. tongue.gif

Anyway, spoke to one of the SA and they said it's going to be end of August but seems like a guesstimate judging from other comments. Pricing also not finalized yet.

Went for a drive around the area today... wow, seriously in the middle of all these small, old shop lots! Reminds me of Titiwangsa Sentral location actually. G Residence location probably better as it is facing the main road, although still in the not-too-impressive locality. Mutiara Upper East maybe better than both these new ones as it is technically situated before entering into Desa Pandan.

If compared with G Residence, the pollution level of Sentrio is actually less because it's far away from the main road/traffic. I live in a condo at 9th floor and I can easily hear small kapchai passing through when standing at the balcony. I for one do not like noisy places for residence. Not sure about the tolerance level of others around here. Maybe should start a poll for it

i noticed the same too...studied nearby long time ago...i guess those flats are still there...

is there anyone in this forum who know the place well...like...if there's any plans to move this flats somewhere else?

are the flats and shops privately owned or govt squatters?

at least kerinchi/bangsar south area is now redeveloped and repurchased from govt by private developers for a huge "township" development of Bangsar south...do u c it happen to desa pandan too?

Hua Yang aims to be a developer of affordable property. So yeah, you normally don't expect them to be classy.

However, that said, this is their sexiest development so far.
