Polo condo which is just opposite G Residence is currently transacting at less than RM400psf. I went to view some units. Condition is quite acceptable for that price.

Very near G Residence woh. I used to stay at Menara Polo once, 3-4 years ago. The security in that area was really bad. Break in was very common among the low rise flats around the area. Don't know if the situation has improved. The other issue is the traffic inside can be a nightmare as the inner roads are very narrow and illegal parking is very bad. Hope price for Sentrio is irresistible.
