750 psf for studio(570sf), 700 psf for 850, 950, 1200+ sf
kitchen cabinet, hood&hob, washer&dryer, airconds, heater included
klcc view add 50k. klcc view only 950 and 1200sf
the agent quite frank that the eateries surrounding the condo will remain as they have permits!!! buyer also have to bear the ramadhan bazaar for 1 month once a year. at least it's not all year long compare to lido residency...

loan 90& - 2% downpayment, 8% rebate
loan 70% - 8% rebate in the 1st loan billing

Thanks for sharing. Where did you get that info?
Think what's it's trying to say customer (with 70% loan) needs to pay 30% up front as downpayment and only can get 8% rebate/refund upon first loan disbursement from the bank?

At RM700-750psf for that area is considered on the high side. If I am not round, G Residence's price is cheaper. If we believe that the rental market or property prices in that area will move because of the 2 projects, should consider Menara Polo which is sold at slightly more than 50% of Sentrio price. Worth taking a look. It may well be the case like Desa Parkcity pushed the price of Menjalara houses up. All the bet!

Ya lo, Sentrio makes Menara Polo looks so cheap. Just checked Propwall, Menara Polo 1485sf asking for less than RM350psf semi furnished and full furnished only RM370psf. The big ones, 3600sf only asking for RM230psf. Damn cheap. I think Sentrio and G Residence upon completion will definitely push the spelling price and rental of Menara Polo and Mutiara East which is asking for less than RM600psfand better location than Sentrio and G Residence.
