Can you tell us you are referring to which layout and unit size? Share with us more rather than saying poor layout and bad FS... What did you learn from the book?

As for those dual key units I.e. 1200sqft units, the intention is mentioned by ohserena.

Didn't you find "Living & dining room is in between master bed room & 2, 3 room, the layout of the design is not square (slanted)" this Layout Types?

I have all the layouts in front of me... I think you are referring to larger units. But such a layout was created due to dual key entrance purpose, just like what was explained by ohserena....

Okie...let say ignore above reason, why such layout is bad for FS? Or why it is considered poor layout? Share your views...

Just been to the sales gallery just now,no show unit for larger units except for 800 and 900sf.1200sf we can only refer to the floor plan and is dual key concept,mainly for investor who would like to rent the units out apparently.

Besides that,have seen the G Residence which is really nearby,but too bad all the units are sold out except for bumi unit. Also the units are much more bigger as compared to Sentrio.Just my view,thx

i think what he was trying to say is...sentrio rooms are located left n right of the house...for 950sqft..there's a so called 2+1 room...the 1 room is on the right..located rightmost when we entered while the other 2 bigger proper rooms are on the left...what's at the middle is the licing room and kitchen...

am i right choyliang? trying to understand the explanation here...anyone been to the showroom? the 950sqft one got one extra room...si beh small...but with a small window...
