each unit come with 2 car parks same as metia?

2 car parks, some is 3 i guess, didnt bother bcoz i know i cant afford those units

choyliang, u say until all units, not all is like that la...only the unit i bought...well...i alredi expected no one would be happy to use that small room at the side of the living room...its just like another spare room...squeezed forcefully so can have 2+1 room ma...we know what the develoepr intend to do geh...

which side is the main entrance?

Main entrance facing the show room,directly opposite the Malay store. Its really dark n quiet at night.

The first picture was taken on the same row as the current show unit. The trader is on the other side of the road directly opposite Bata.

Come on Sunday. when the trader not doing business, both sides are dark and scary.

They already inflate about 90k for gd view, not gd view 60k.. i do not know what they thinking..

I don't understand qi, energy, comfortable in and out the house, but it's a interesting topic when bought out that the Fengshui element that made you think sentrio is not a good property investment.

In summary, slanted layout can be fixed by choosing furniture to make it look like square shape or make an additional room division to remain Square layout.

LRT/MRT track seems like no way to be fixed by Fengshui.

Putting aside the upsides such as proximity to the city centre and a good view of the city skyline (the west-facing units), Sentrio Residence is not within walking distance to any LRT stations. Neither will the future MRT pass through this neighborhood.

With the rest of the neighborhood being flats, shophouses, and low cost residences (except for the upcoming G Residence), will Sentrio be able to thrive?
