My problem is stubborn, stick to the principle too much...
After missing G Residence, not willing to take up this. by the way, I thought lower floor <L17 is long time gone? Lucky you get it |

I wonder why Hua Yang never advertise Sentrio Desa Pandan,anyone knows the reason?As recently I have seen alot of new development projects launched by MahSing and Tropicana,even a outskirt developer like Seri Pajam also advertising their new Semi-D project through newspaper.

btw lvl 17 up or was it lvl 20 up is the exclusive levels?? much lesser units per level right?? thats y price went so high up |

Land size about football field only.
This advantage to remind me about Subang Soho beside golf driverange. The building without balcony and square. Outlook is nice and luxury look like hotels. |
