No, want 2 invest way last year, but, after
carefully go thru, decide 2 concentrate at
Jln cochrane, anyway, a lot of things is focus
near this area, such as ikea, mrt,...,

This is the hot spot, a lot of big company, TRX,
Government dept will b concentrate in this area,
I hear Sunway velocity is launching phase 2 service apt
abt rm1,174psf, mutiara 428 is by balloting, express high will also going 2 connect, big shopping
centre, the most important more Chinese in this
area, consumption is high!!!

price not increase much pass few year, pls check from

Developer isn't sure to sell retail lot or lease. G Residence on the other hand had confirmed the retails are not for sale. I have seen some retails turning into cyber café, snooker, ktv for some other developments. This is a real concern. How is the retail going to compete with G, with no track records on retail/mall + not facing main road? Will the retail survive ?

Only shops fronting main road like Mc Donalds, Dunkin Donuts. I came here once on Sunday, the shops on the same row as the show unit are all closed. Only Guan Ice Cream and Sari Ratu is operating, there isn't any crowd at all. Weekdays is a little brighter because of the row of Malay trader right opposite Maybank, even still, the row of shops along the Guan Ice Cream and Edaran is really really dark.

I believe that after G Residence is fully constructed the area there will be more happening,so does to Sentrio.

Take example of a well known F&B. Will they favour main road or a retail block by shops ? I'm not convinced.
