I did ask around and apparently this model is too new so they need to wait west malaysia to sell first then they give leftovers to us? Is west malaysia selling this in stores now? Or really online exclusive?

Yeah I emailed the email address you gave me but there wasn't any reply. But honestly I'm really hoping I can get free shipping or at least a reduced free since this is such a big purchase, at full price at that.

I'm not sure how lazada works, like who decides on the fee but I saw a lazada seller support page? First, there's Economy, Standard and Express Shipping, and the monitor uses standard shipping. Can I opt for the slower economy option (probably cheaper but I don't know got insurance or not)?

I checked the lazada website and the rates from west malaysia to east malaysia is RM10.30 (first 1kg) +RM10.60 for subsequent kgs. The BenQ website states gross weight is 5.3kg. So should be RM68.30. But the first 1kg RM5 is supposed to be borne by the seller so it's RM63.30...? I'm not sure how the last part works.

Your calculation is correct. The shipping fee in Lazada is decided by Lazada. So it is impossible for brand manager to change ths shipping fee.
There are some promotion offered by some bank in Christmas promotion. You may check it out if there is any suitable for you.

Yeah, after some googling I kinda figured lazada decides that. Disappointed because a lot of places has that buy over a certain amount and get free shipping thing, but then again this is just a 3rd party seller site kind of thing. And I found out they sometimes have like a voucher code or bank promotions to use too. Thanks a lot for answering all my questions

1. Yep, happens on playing video as well, either using different web browser and windows apps, it'll be like this
2. Nope, the only workaround is to reduce to 120hz everytime to play Netflix or by using display port to be run at 144hz (which xl2411 don't have )

Hi, I actually already got it, but I think I found a faulty part...? There are 6 buttons on it right? The power button and 5 others. Looking at the manual it says custom key 2, OSD icon in main menu is directional down, it's the second button from the left. It's not there though?? The other buttons are like jutting out but only that one is flat and I can't press on it?? I got a faulty product didn't I?

Price: the cheaper the better. Currently using Benq EW2440 and its time for me to upgrade to 144hz.

I'm a student, going for a budget option BenQ GW2270H. would you still recommend this monitor? when was it released? What is the input lag and refresh rate on this monitor? will mediocre gaming be a problem for it to handle (ghosting/tearing)?

oh and one more thing, does it come with HDMI-cable? because from lazada seller said no.
