Why does it take BenQ and Lazada one whole day to reply one email. If this goes on the 14 day period will have already passed and I can't return it anymore. I'm already really stressed from trying to resolve this. Lazada is way worse because they can't be contacted at all, calling them costed me RM10+ and their staff can't even speak English. Said will send me an email explaining things but hours passed and nothing. I can't return it because the delivery status is still written as will arrive 11-15 January even though I already got it on the 6th. There is no return item option.

For competitive games, I highly recommend you to try TN panel which has faster response time.
But if you play casual games, the response time will be not that important as pro-gamers care.

wow i did not know it has 50-76Hz refresh rate. thats plausible, for me atleast. input lag for 13ms is pretty good i guess. anything lower than 15ms is oke!

by the way, if i connect the monitor using vga to hdmi gpu using active converter, will i still be able to use the audio jack provided by the monitor? or it will only transmit the display without audio as opposed to a hdmi cable?
